I’m a floor plan strategist based in Boston and working with clients nationwide. Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology, with a background spanning both commercial and residential design.

Most clients come to me saying the same thing: the floor plan feels off, they can't quite articulate what it is, and they want to make sure they get it right before it's too late. Some are building, some are renovating, some have already moved in and are trying to figure out why the house they spent so much money on never quite settled around them. They've looked at the plan a hundred times and something still isn't sitting right.

That's exactly where I come in.

We review homes for inefficiencies, livability, and enjoyment. Finishes matter, but when the fundamentals are missing, nothing covers that up. The mathematics and problem solving of floor plan strategy has always been where the real work happens, because a family can change their countertops but they can't change their circulation.

In new construction, problems are usually visible before anyone else has thought to ask, the circulation that fights the family, the corridor that goes nowhere, the room designed for a photograph rather than a life, the breakfast nook that never sees morning light. In renovations, there's often a better solution hiding inside the existing footprint, one that works with what's already there rather than starting over. Every review ends with a revised floor plan and a clear path forward.
