This starts with your project, not a price list. Submit what you're working on, I'll review it personally, and you'll get a proposal scoped to what it actually needs, not a package built for someone else's house.
All reviews are conducted virtually via Zoom. Floor plans are submitted in advance of your session. I work with clients nationwide at every stage; from early schematic drawings to plans that are nearly finalized.

The core of what I do. I review your plan before construction begins, whole house or a specific space, depending on what you need, and tell you plainly what's working, what isn't, and what I'd change. This is where the highest-leverage decisions live, before anyone's chosen a finish

Available for renovation projects in the greater Boston area.

Complete floor plan review once the as-built is finished
A written breakdown of what's working, what isn't, and what I'd change

THE PROCESS
Everyone starts the same way, submit the project, fill out the intake form. What happens next depends on what you're building.
If you're a builder or developer:
Submit your project and complete the intake form.
I personally review everything within 48 hours.
If your answers give me enough to work with, I'll send your proposal directly, no call needed.
If I need more detail to scope it properly, I'll reach out to schedule a short call first.
You'll get a proposal with your price and scope.
If you're a homeowner:
Submit your project and complete the intake form.
I review it personally, response within 48 hours.
Since custom-build and renovation projects usually need more discussion to figure out exactly what you're after, we'll typically schedule a short call before I put together anything.
That call is where we figure out what's actually bothering you, or what you're hoping to get out of a second opinion.
You'll get a scoped proposal, what it costs and what it includes. Once it's signed, I get to work.
When your revised plan is ready, we'll walk through it together, so you know exactly what changed and why.
-
The earlier the better. I work with plans at every stage; from early schematic drawings to plans that are nearly finalized. If you're already under construction and something isn't sitting right, reach out. Change orders are expensive. Catching problems early still saves money and stress.
-
PDF floor plans drawn to scale, clearly showing all rooms, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, and key appliances including stovetop, oven, and refrigerator. CAD files and photos of hand drawings are also accepted. Notes should support what's already drawn, not outline future possibilities or desired changes.
-
Yes. I often collaborate directly with architects as part of the process. My work focuses on how the home will be inhabited day to day, which is a different lens than what an architect is hired to apply. Many clients share their revised floor plan directly with their architect as a starting point for refinement.
